Thank you for choosing to register with Newbus Care Service Ltd.  Along with your completed application forms, the documents below are also required to process your registration.  Please ensure that you can provide original documents for inspection at your in-person interview.  If you are unable to bring any of the listed items, you must notify us ahead of your interview. Failure to bring all of the above documents may result in the interview being rearranged or cancelled.

Passport / BRP or any other documents to prove your right to work in the UK
Proof of address
Proof of your national insurance number
Driving licence if applicable
Relevant qualification certificates
Any relevant training certificates
DBS certificate / Police clearance
2 x passport-sized photographs
Certificates of immunisation(s) if applicable- TB test and covid certificate
Nurses only: Evidence of NMC Pin (statement of Entry)
proof of English language proficiency
